Introducing Our Founder
Jeff Newland brings over 23 years of leadership experience in commercial construction, spanning retail, healthcare, municipal, grocery, and multi-site program development. His career spans hands-on field experience to executive-level project and program oversight—giving him a comprehensive understanding of construction from the ground up.
Jeff began his career as an installer before advancing to Project Manager, leading national remodel programs, and later serving as Superintendent and Project Manager for complex ground-up developments. This progression built the foundation for his disciplined, field-informed leadership style.
In 2021, Jeff was recruited to establish and scale a car-wash construction division. He developed standardized operating procedures, scheduling systems, and vendor networks that enabled the delivery of 14 operating locations within 24 months.
Today, Jeff leads Bold Commercial Construction with a focus on small- to mid-size retail, car wash, QSR, medical, and education projects—applying program-level controls, rigorous preconstruction planning, and schedule accountability to every build.
His leadership philosophy is simple: disciplined planning, transparent communication, and reliable project delivery.
